My Story

Mark’s identity was stolen as a child, requiring a great deal of time and energy for full restoration. From this experience, Mark recognized the rising rate of identity theft and the devastating consequences in our society. These factors influenced Mark to build what is now a cutting-edge, social networking, identity theft awareness and data breach prevention solution company. Mark has specialized in educating and training in social networking safety and awareness, customer service, management, supervisory, management team building and employee development for over ten years.

Mark is a leader in the industry. He helps schools and business organizations reduce risk and liability from data loss by training about social networking safety and smart cell phone use resulting in identity theft by recognizing critical high-risk activities of students and employees and by implementing training that will “Change Thinking, Change Behavior, Reduce Risk”. Mark is a certified ID theft risk management specialist certified by the Institute of Fraud & Risk Management.

Mark works with a variety of businesses including insurance, K-12, higher education, medical, oil and gas and non-profit industries. He has trained tens of thousands of employees and students.

As a father of five, Mark has first-hand knowledge of social media. He has seen the benefits of this high-tech communication as well as the risks involved. He uses his personal and real life business experiences in an engaging format to share critical information.

Mark also conducts staff development training at local junior colleges in the East Texas area. on safe social networking and identity theft prevention. Mark is a member of the MGMA, TMGMA, PCOT, TAC and Tyler Chamber of Commerce. He is also a board member of TACHE.

Mark is married to his wonderful wife Elizabeth of 19 years and they have five children ranging from 14 to 24 years of age. Mark and his family reside in east Texas and in his free time likes to play games, camp and cycle. He is a sixth generation Texan
